The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Alhaj Mullah Abdul Manan Omari, added these remarks with the participants of the meeting.

During the meeting, all three sides shared their suggestions, concerns, and complaints about how the system is currently working.

At the end of the meeting, it was decided that all parties will submit their suggestions and complaints in written detail before the next meeting a special based on the guidance of the Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him) a commission has been formed to resolve long-standing disputes between industrialists, traders, and transport unions under the leadership of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, with the membership of other relevant Emirate institutions and unions.
