Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs concluded thirteen Agreements by worth of AFG 63 Million with other responsible Social institutions for the purposes of better Service Delivery to Orphans, Vulnerable Children and derelicts.

The main objectives from the Conclusion of these Agreements are Coherence and coordination between Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs with others responsible institutions and to deliver better Services to the above mentioned Vulnerable Class of our Society, Said His Excellency Sayed Anwar Sadat Acting Minister Of Labour and Social Affairs in the conference hall of Molsa after signing of these Agreements.

Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs as a responsible social institution endeavors constantly to pave the ground for the education of poor and derelict children of our Society, His Excellency further added.

We will open Bank Accounts for children of orphanagesto deposit directly the private financial assistances of donners which after eighteen years  and graduation from the orphanages centers, these children will receive their deposits for the continuation of their lives a head, Mr. Sadat revealed as he signed an agreement with National Bank of Afghanistan for the opening of these Bank Accounts.

Mr. Sadat requested from Media to help in public awareness for the arrangement of financial assistance to this class of children from traders and other assistance institutes and personals.

Mr. Anwar Sadat also suggested from the leadership of these responsible social institutions to deliver services bitterly as written terms in the Agreements.

It is mentionable that at least Sixty-Seven orphanages are active throughout the country, which protect almost ten thousand derelict children.
