به اساس این تفاهم‌نامه؛ بنیاد یادشده در سه سال آینده، با افراد یتیم و مستحق ولایت بامیان به خاطر ارایهٔ هرچه بهتر آموزش و پرورش و رشد توانایی‌های کودکان آن ولایت، همکاری‌هایش را با وزارت کار و امور اجتماعی ادامه داده و جهت ایجاد سهولت‌ها، نقش خویش را ایفا خواهد کرد.
